What we collect when analytics are on
- Page views and route navigation.
- Funnel events:
request_demo_clicked,start_a_brain_clicked,brain_intake_submitted, sign-in / sign-up outcomes, account claim, file attach & upload counts. - Coarse signal metadata only — brain type, intent strength band, confidence band, counts. Never raw notes, names, or emails.
What we never send to analytics
- Raw intake form text or file contents.
- Names, email addresses, or other contact details.
- Anything you upload to your account.
